holds an MSc. in Environment and Natural Resources (MUK), a BSc in Development studies at Makerere University, and several climate change-related training from the Netherlands, China, Thailand, and India.
He is responsible for budget development /monitoring, technical and financial reporting, records management, supervision of field and technical staff, etc.), design/review, and implementation of project proposals to ensure compliance with donor policies/requirements (such as environmental safeguards, gender, and stakeholder engagements) and make recommendations as necessary, participate in the downscaling of international and national climate change developments to localized and fit-for-purpose contexts, among others.
